Change of Leadership at Amberg Technologies

On December 1st 2023, Johannes Müller assumed the position of CEO at Amberg Technologies AG. He succeeds Svein G. Vatslid, who had been leading the company since 2017. 

With his previous role as CEO of Dätwyler IT Infra AG and his prior experience, Mr. Johannes Müller brings crucial expertise and skills to the position and is also familiar with the main markets of Amberg Technologies AG.

Johannes Müller served as CEO of the independent and globally oriented Dätwyler IT Infra AG (www.ITInfra.datwyler.com) based in Switzerland from January 2013 until the end of September 2023. Prior to that, he was the CEO of the former Dätwyler Cabling Solutions division and a member of the Executive Board of the publicly traded Dätwyler Holding AG from 2004 to 2012.

From 2001 to 2004, he was the CEO and Partner of the consulting company Brainforce AG. Before joining Brainforce, he spent four years as the Head of Cable Accessories at Cellpack AG. From 1987 to 1996, he held various international leadership positions at the French Alcatel Telecom Group.

Johannes Müller holds a diploma as an Electrical Engineer from ETH Zurich and serves on the Board of the German-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
