Amberg IMS track sprinter wins SWISS EXCELLENCE Product Award

The award recognises unique, technically sophisticated and high-quality projects, which have explored an extraordinary and outstanding product innovation. 

In collaboration with UBS and Genilem the foundation awarded three outstanding product innovations of small and middle sized companies with the Product Award 2016. 

Amberg Technologies was awarded for the cutting edge development of the Amberg IMS track sprinter. The Amberg IMS systems measure the inner and outer track geometry of ballast tracks and slab tracks using a new, high-performance sensor - the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). This enables customers to measure with less resources and more efficiency of their work flows.
