Copy the .at2aa file into the \\TMS folder of the memory card or USB stick, and the control points (design data job) into the \\DBX folder. 4. On the instrument, select the design data job and a working job; ProScan plus or SetOut loads the project automatically. 5. Position the instrument and measure. Profile measurements are stored in the working job (DBX); a log file is written to \\TMS. 6. In Amberg Tunnel, import the DBX job into the Measured profiles editor of the construction stage, then analyse it in Amberg Profile.
